At Value CGM, we only purchase brand-new, factory-sealed boxes with supplies in mint condition. That means:
- No broken seals
- No missing items
- No damage boxes must be clean, crisp, and untampered
📦 Boxes with minor imperfections (like dents or light wear) may receive a $20 deduction.
🚫 Boxes that are open, crushed, torn, stained, marked over, smoke-damaged, expired, or tampered with will be discarded and will not be paid for.
How to Check Your Expiration Date
To calculate how many months until your product expires:
- Count the current month as 0, the next as 1, and so on.
- For example, if it’s October (Month 0), and your supplies expire in August, that’s Month 10.
Select the correct expiration range when getting your quote each product may have a different minimum.
Condition Guidelines
- ✅ MINT – Brand new, sealed, clean, undamaged
- ⚠️ DAMAGED – Crushed, ripped, stained, or with removed labels (expect a deduction)
- ❌ DO NOT send boxes with open seals, writing, or stickers scratched off
How to Ship
Once you place your order:
- Pack your items in a sturdy box with bubble wrap or protective padding
- Print and attach the free prepaid UPS label we provide
- Drop off at any UPS Store or schedule a pickup
