If your boxes have been opened, severely damaged with tears, crushed, stained, contain smoke damage, tampered with, or are expired, the box will be discarded, and you will forfeit payment. When entering your product information, please select the correct date range to receive an accurate quote. To determine whether or not your box is RETAIL, DME, or MAIL ORDER, locate the REF code on the side of the box next to the expiration date. RETAIL boxes are REF STT-OE-001.
