The 15-day version of the Dexcom G7 is the newest sensor in the lineup, running a 15-day wear cycle rather than the original 10-day cycle. Real-world math on the wear cycle change is significant: 15 days per sensor means users go through fewer sensors per month, which in turn means fewer refills and, for a lot of people, unexpected surplus when a shipment arrives before the last one runs out.

The 10-day G7 currently prices at two tiers: $70 for a retail-channel sealed pack, $40 for a mail-order pack. Both are legitimate. Both are legal to sell (assuming private insurance or out-of-pocket funding). Both are actively purchased.
The gap tracks demand on the secondary market. Retail-channel packs (dispensed at a walk-in pharmacy on the pharmacy benefit) move faster to end buyers who want a specific packaging format. Mail-order pharmacy boxes are eligible and welcome, but they turn over more slowly, so the payout reflects that turnover cost.
DME-channel boxes are a different story. Those are typically dispensed through a Medicare-adjacent supplier and are not eligible for purchase at any tier. Most Dexcom G7 users read their glucose data on their phone through the Dexcom app. But the physical G7 receiver still ships in bundled starter kits, in caregiver setups, and for users who prefer a standalone device.

2. Distribution channel. Retail pays more than mail-order for the demand reasons above. The 15-day G7 sits at the top of the range. DME boxes aren't eligible.
3. Packaging condition. Factory seal intact, no writing on the box, no dents or tears, no removed labels. Cover any personal prescription info on the label if you're photographing it, but don't peel labels off. That damages the packaging and disqualifies the box.
Quantity doesn't change the per-pack rate. Whether you have one G7 15-day pack or ten, the per-pack payout is the same. You just get paid more in total.
