Getting paid when you sell diabetic supplies
When do I get paid?
We offer same-day payments. Once we receive and inspect your shipment, we send payment to the method you chose at checkout. However, payment may take up to 24 business hours to process depending on your chosen method.
How is my payment made?
We offer multiple payment options including PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and check. Additionally, we recommend PayPal for the fastest payout.
What is the difference between the payment options?
PayPal is the fastest — most sellers receive payment on the same day we receive their supplies. Zelle and Venmo are also fast but may take slightly longer depending on your bank. In contrast, check payments take 5-7 business days to arrive by mail.
How much can I get for my diabetic supplies?
Payout amounts vary by product, brand, quantity, and expiration date. Simply select any product on our site and choose your expiration date range to see an instant quote. Moreover, we offer competitive payouts and will match competitor prices — just let us know.
What we buy — sell diabetic supplies for cash
We purchase a wide range of unopened, unexpired diabetic supplies including:
- Dexcom G6 and G7 sensors and transmitters
- Omnipod 5 and DASH pods
- FreeStyle Libre 2 and 3 sensors
- Medtronic Guardian sensors
- Insulin pump infusion sets
- Diabetic test strips — all major brands
When you sell diabetic supplies to ValueCGM, we only accept unopened, unexpired items in original packaging. Visit our products page to see everything we currently buy.
What products do you NOT purchase?
We do not purchase supplies that private or government insurance programs paid for, including Medicare and Medicaid. We also do not accept opened, damaged, or expired supplies, or supplies without a valid retail NDC code.
Can I sell diabetic supplies that were paid for by insurance?
If private insurance covered your supplies, yes — you are welcome to sell them. However, we cannot purchase supplies that Medicare, Medicaid, or any other government-funded program paid for. This is a legal requirement we take very seriously.
Can I sell expired diabetic supplies?
Unfortunately we cannot accept expired supplies or supplies within 3 months of their expiration date. Instead, all supplies must be unexpired and in original unopened packaging.
How do I know if my supplies are retail vs mail order?
Check the NDC code on the back bottom right of your box beneath the barcode. Retail boxes have a specific NDC code — for example, Omnipod 5 retail boxes show NDC 08508-3000-21. If your box shows a different code, it is likely a mail order version. We buy both retail and mail order for most products — check the individual product page for details.
What happens to diabetic supplies when someone passes away?
If you manage a loved one's estate and have unopened, unexpired diabetic supplies, you are welcome to sell them to ValueCGM. We handle these situations with care and respect. Simply submit a quote for the supplies you have and we will walk you through the process.
Shipping when you sell diabetic supplies to ValueCGM
Who pays for shipping?
We do — always. Once you submit your order, you will automatically receive a prepaid UPS shipping label at no cost to you. Simply pack your items in a sturdy box with padding, apply the label, and drop it off at any UPS store location.
Where should my box be shipped?
Once you submit your order, your prepaid UPS label will include our current shipping address. Therefore, do not ship to any address other than the one on your label.
I made a mistake — can you ship my items back?
If your items do not meet our requirements, we can return them at the seller's expense. If you submitted incorrect information or need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible at info@valuecgm.com before shipping your supplies.
