Frequently asked questions

I switched from Medtronic MiniMed to a different pump — can I sell my leftover infusion sets?
Yes — in fact, switching insulin pumps is one of the most common reasons people sell with us. As a result, we buy leftover MiniMed Mio Advance Infusion Sets from pump switchers every day — simply submit a quote and we walk you through the process.

What happens if my boxes have minor imperfections?
If your boxes have minor imperfections but remain otherwise intact, we deduct $20 from your payout. However, we reject opened, severely damaged, or tampered boxes and we pay nothing for those.
